can I record a video to report a player?

I want to report this guy for threatening players in game chat, calling people "gay". I have a capture card, could I send it as proof of this? Its game chat audio for grand theft auto 5.

There is no way to submit a video, report him via the console and in the details say it was in voice comms/party chat. Also report it in game.

You don't need to submit and video recordings, once you report the player the enforcement team will be able to identify what happend.

I agree on this issue. The recent players list doesnt correspond to the most recent players, it's usually off by a few hours.

On the reporting issue, most games have a built in feature that allows you to view another players Gamer Card which you can use to report, if the game doesnt have this feature I usually grab a recording of any reportable incident anyways so I have the GT
to search for reports
