Can I quick slot weapons?

I know this function works on pc version. Is there a way to do this on xbox. I know holding down right on D-pad brings up another q/s circle but how do I put stuff in there. I have hit every button when looking at my weapons and I am at a loss. Please help
if you know how.

I've received quick slot upgrades in both Spectre and Veteran packs. It takes time, credits, and patience but it will happen.

BF3 what has happened?

Quick Match is terrible. It puts you in the first open slot in a game...even if it's in Australia so you get stupid lag.

in inventory I think you can choose to assign things to the circle but I am not sure whether it works for weapons , at level 15 you get to quick switch between weapons using the pad and assign different skill bar associated with each weapon , ie switch
bewtween dualwield with some dual wield skills on the bar to say a bow with bow skills on the bar , but before level 15 I am not sure whether quick switching especially while in battle is possible at all

Hunt! shorltly into the story you will be taught how to craft gear. you hunt deer, pigs dogs (all animals) for the right skins/leather to craft more wepon belts (or slots) or hold more ammo or more inventory etc. etc.

Yep....Nos is right. This adds a really cool element to the game, unlike malaria....

If you click on the empty slots, you should be prompted to choose a weapon to equip on the right side (where it will currently say 0/3 or something like that, move your thumbstick to the right to bring up your available weapons). Each slot represents the
type of weapon, like one slot will be for snipers. Your sniper won't equip automatically so when you're at the weapon bench you need to open the slot and select it.
