    I brought my Xbox Series X from GAME (in-stores) two weeks ago.

    I tried to get Microsoft Complete for the console via the live chat feature, because the link on the website doesn’t work and I can’t buy it from the Microsoft Store on the Xbox itself.

    They told me that I can’t purchase it because my console was brought from a third-party.

    I had previously talked to another person on live chat though and they told me I could but I disconnected and forgot to copy the chat restoration link.

    Can I purchase Microsoft Complete for my Xbox Series X even though I brought it from a third-party?

    MS sales thru ms store not xbox since its not a sales department

    And you have to be in arms store region as mentioned to buy the extended warranty

    You don't you can buy it fromnthe retailer their own replacement warranty or goto your ms store link (not xbox store) as long as you are within the 30days of purchase that includes retailers

    For ms srore you must upload the receipt since there are no longer any physical stores

    And you have to be in a ms region

    We appreciate your coming to the Xbox community, on your question there is no mention in the terms and conditions that if you were to buy an xbox series s/x in outsourced stores you would lose the right to buy microsoft complete, so I believe it is possible yes still acquire, as there is nothing in the terms that mention such a condition.

    I had this same problem when I brought my x last year

    you have to buy complete when you buy your x from Microsoft,

    I brought my x and decide to buy complete when it was delivery to me and had to contact Microsoft support directly and tock about a week for them to get it sorted calling and waiting for call backs from the support team
