2 months ago I sent in a submit case review and it was about my Xbox being hacked by someone and they said the n word to their account and then they reported me because of the discord dispute that we had he even admitted to it multiple times on discord and I have the photo evidence I need help and I contacted Microsoft they emailed me back after the case review is done and then they said change your two Factor email us back and then we'll get your account unbanned I did the two-factor thing like they asked in my account is still not unbanned and the case review is still not done after 2 months I talked to a specialist on here and they just keep telling me the same thing over and over again and they just want me to submit a case review which I've already done

I wasn't aware my account is locked, so they guy who has my account cant get in? That's somewhat relieving.

You are just going to have to play on another account and make your passwords tougher

Passwords should always be mixed caps and numbers also confirm ownership and check for enforcments and deal with other cases as they do have a queue

common man even police don't take 72 hours to investigate you must think they are God they aren't not busy

When a case is sent to them they must investigate and look at the account and history based on their queue

Then confirm all your info based on what you gave them.

Then resecure the account
