Can i please have my wallpaper?

I redeemed 100MYVIP gems for a Mercy OVERWATCH wallpaper but whe i go to Veiw it it leaves me wallpaperless and with the words (Xbox doesnt do download files) I was looking forward to getting the background but it wont let me have this. Whats wrong???

Im pretty sure if you don't have a wallpaper set, it just cycles through based on activity like the most recent game you just played, the most recent achievement you have just unlocked, or as you mentioned a console in the background that could be the
new Series X. I am only guessing since Ive manually changed my wallpaper. Fun Fact: when you view achievements, they come with their own unique wallpaper that you can set as the default home wallpaper or you can upload your own through your profile.

Can i please have my wallpaper?
