Can I please get unsuspended?

Wait tell you get a ruling on your case review. Your your permanent suspension might get lessened to a temporary suspension. I'm not saying that will happen but I've seen some get their punishment lessened, kinda like traffic court. Good luck to you sir.

If you want to know the whole story, i was playing with someone and was in party chat. I said something because he was being rude. I might have been rude and i do think i should have handled it better. But can u please unsuspend me. Can u just give me a
warning. I have had your device for years and this is my first issue. Please.

The only thing you can do is file the case review.

If the enforcement team upheld there decision then that is the final decision and unfortunately nothing else can be done about it.

https://enforcement.xbox.com/. Not all suspensions qualify for a case review.

Keep in mind everyone gets a warning before a suspension is issued - it's call the
Code of Conduct/Terms of Use that all users agree to when they create an account.

Please be aware, you can not remove a payment method that is currently tied into a gold subscription, that is why you are getting that error. You can try adding a new payment method on commerce.microsoft.com if you wish. In regards to getting unsuspended,
you will only be unsuspended once you provide a new, accurate billing method. Once you add one, you can call support as CHILEJOE recommended to have them unsuspend you.
