Can I please get someone to look into an unfair suspension...i didn't curse, i didn't...

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and a case review would be the only way to contact them. Since the suspension is not eligible for a review, all you an do is wait it out.

We need to make sure that the currency is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

My wife was suspended for literally no reason. Why wont your support tell me what she APPARENTLY did to break the TOS? Because i know for a fact she didn't. 100 percent an unfair and false suspension. Id like to be able to call someone there at Microsoft
