    Can an actual human look into this I have had my xbox account linked to ann old email account for awhile. I had the email when I was a kid and since then have lost access to it. The current email isn’t even an active email address anymore. I don’t want to lose all my content and purchase history from my Xbox account. Can I please just have someone help me change the email address to my active email. I can answer as many questions as possible but I made that account when I was a kid and it is difficult to remember some of the info I used. Mostly being because I would lie and say I was 18 so I wouldnt have any restrictions on my account. I have saved up so many Microsoft points from my Xbox rewards and I can’t redeem any of it because the email account is no longer valid.

    My account got hacked and deleted.

    Recovering my microsoft account is probably is impossible but is there a way to recover my Xbox account, it still exist when I search it up and it looks like it was untouched. My Xbox is "" is it possible for staff to check that account history of emails that its was connected to verify I used to own that Xbox account and change the email its connected or can you guys do nothing about it.

    Please it would really help out a ton.

    Hey thank you for trying to help it doesn't help with my situation at the moment the problem I have at the moment is that the person who hacked my account somehow made it into my email and was able to change the recovery email on the account so I can't get a recover email and I need to be able to talk to Microsoft or Xbox so I can show I have the details to get my Xbox account back to me if possible

    Recover Old Xbox 360 Account (Continued)

    Back in April I made a post saying that I wish to recover my Xbox 360 account, however this isn't possible.

    - I know my old Xbox account's email... there's just one problem.

    - Yahoo deactivates inactive email accounts after 12 months of inactivity and I haven't logged into it since 2012...

    With this in mind, I cannot log into my old Microsoft account from my childhood nostalgia days and it has a gamertag that I consider very important to my online identity.

    So which means that trying to log into my old Xbox account is practically impossible and it is now a permanently blacked out account. With this in mind, is it possible that an employee can manually switch out the old account's email with one that I use actively
    or is the account permanently blacked out?

    I already tried all options suggested in the previous thread I made but due to the Yahoo email being permanently deactivated and removed from the yahoo servers, I cannot do any of the suggested actions.

    Please help.
