    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

please unban me for the love of god.

Hello inosukexD! I'm Nicolas an Independent advisor, glad to be talking with you!

Sadly, i'm not capable of unban either you or any account, we don't have access to any type of information or database from Microsoft, me along with the people who answer questions on this site aren't workers for Microsoft or Xbox, we are Independent advisors that offer you help and tips to fix any type of issue when possible. So sadly the only thing i can suggest you is to talk directly with the contact support of Xbox and see if they can see your situation with your ban.

Here you have the link to the support, be aware to change your region at the bottom of the page to align the timezone with the phone support:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/contact-us

Hope you can get unbanned! Have a great rest of your day!
