Can I play the same game at the same time on 2 different consoles on 2 different accounts

as far as I'm aware it should be possible to play the same game at the same time on different devices via your own accounts, assuming there is no weirdness in the local network that may cause issues

what could be causing this, is that your account is also signed in on that other console, if so please sign out on that console to see if that helps.

You cannot be signed into the same account on both consoles at the same time. But you can share your games on whatever console is set as your Home console.

As long as you are using the account the game was purchased on, you should be able to download your game from My Games and Apps > Full library > Owned games.

- Could you tell me the name of the game you are having trouble with?

- Have you checked if this game is showing on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle should be displayed there, regardless of the date they were acquired on.

Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

- Are there any accounts on the Xbox One S that are not currently signed in on the Series X? You may have downloaded it using another profile's purchased games/subscriptions through the Home Xbox feature.
