can I play online after my 7 day ban is up even if my enforcement page has a different date?

To clarify, console suspensions aren't listed on the Enforcement website. If you've received e-mail communication for console ban and it's listed as temporary, be sure to check the end date. It's likely a different suspension ended on the 11th and the console
suspension is still ongoing.

Surely I've already done this. I was told by support the communications and console ban ended on the same day 7/11............................................................................... I've received no emails from the **** enforcement team.

AND if it was an ongoing temporary console ban I WOULDN'T be ABLE to play multiplayer games ONLINE. BUT I CAN.

I was banned indefinitely, however, I was on a trip and not on the account at the time of the offence and my appeal was denied, can xbox unban my account?

I have been with xbox for nearly 7 years, and have spent thousands on the platform, I am very upset that my account has been banned while I haven’t been playing, and I would very much appreciate if xbox could unban my account, I am trying to figure out how someone accessed my account.

Most bans arent given on the same day of the offense. It can be days or even weeks after the actual offense so whether you were online at the time the ban was given isnt relevant.

That being said the case review process is the only way to reach the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle bans/suspensions.

If they denied the appeal then there isnt anything else that can be done.

I checked the enforcement page says it’s a permanent ban tho which is confusing me I think when the month is done I’ll not be able to play games online after the 23rd next month

I signed into my old Xbox with my new accounts and there working fine it error still comes up weird one this

I have received the same thing, but there’s nothing on the enforcement website and it’s been 5 days. Support said my ban is only 7 days and it’ll be back on the 23rd. But why the hell isn’t it not showing on the website about my ban.

Because the Enforcement website is currently having issues and bans have not been showing up.

I spoke to Microsoft last night on web chat and was told that there is an issue with the enforcement page and that it is telling everyone they have a permanent ban but he told me it is only a week ban that my son has received so I’m guessing it will be the same for you. If you wait 7 days from the time you got banned you should get back on
