    No, you cannot play offline multiplayer on a PC. Your PC must be connected to the internet to play multiplayer mode. However, you can only create private matches and play with bots if you're going to play it offline.

    Unfortunately, Warzone is a cross platform only gamemode on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The only modes that you can leave it off for is standard multiplayer modes (besides ground war)
