    Nope, sorry the games for XBOX are coded for the console. Much like you cant play XBOX games on a PlayStation. ;)

    No. Xbox One discs can only be played on Xbox One consoles.

    No, you can however get digital games that allow for cross play via xbox and pc.

    Or with the Ultimate game pass which allows for it as well.

    I should have Forza 7 for Xbox (as it was a dics purchase as well as my PC account.
    Are you saying that you purchased Forza 7 on disc? Only digital purchases are "Play Anywhere" titles. If you purchased the disc, then you can only play it on whichever system (PC or console) the disc was for and you will need the disc inserted to play.
