    Can I play MW2 or MW3 on my Xbox 360 with my friend, if he has it on Xbox One?


    I know some games you cannot play cross platform (like BO3 -- I tried it with my friend and it did not work), but I want to know if I can player older games like MW2 and MW3 with my friend if he has an Xbox One, but I have an Xbox 360.

    Also, is there like a verified list somewhere that has all the games that you can play cross platform or something if one person is on a 360 and the other is on Xbox One?

    System Link between generations?

    So, I was planning on getting Counter Strike for my original Xbox, and noticed the only way (now) to play multiplayer is via System Link. I was wondering if I have it on my Xbox, can I System Link it and play with my friend if he has a Counter Strike Xbox
    disc in his Xbox 360?

    My son has Minecraft on 360 and wants to download it to my xbox one. Will he still be able to play his worlds and things on 360 with his friends if he transfers them to xbox one ?

    Hi Geek. I got MW3 about 3 years ago. Met a girl who is still on my friends list she mainly plays Halo Reach has MCC too. I hardly touch MW3 have the disc version no longer play it any more uninstalled it from my console even but still have it. Some of my
    friends play it. One of my friends said in a 360 party tonight that he's goal is not to play any games except Minecraft until December 25th. He was playing Dashboard, urgh... I caught him playing another game, he failed ;D

    I didn't get far at all with MW3 tried the campaign, did about 7 multiplayer games, and that was it. I have COD Ghosts for Xbox 1 but have hardly touched that too. I'm considering AW only cuz it has zombies. I love COD BO2 Zombies. Never played COD Black
    Ops (1). I'm debating if I should get AW first for 360 since 80% of my friends are still on 360 and since I prefer the Dashboard UI on 360 compared to Xbox 1, but the Xbox 1 version does look way more better than the 360 version.

    Maybe it has something to do with the 'Slim'? I say that because right now, my younger brother is playing on his Xbox 360 Slim and he's online, whereas my Older brother is playing on the MW2 Xbox 360 and he can't get online. By the way, the space between
    the Xboxs is one room. Or maybe it has something to do with Wireless, same thing except the one that's online is on Wireless and the offline is ethernet. I'm just throwing ideas out there until it gets fixed. :\

    My Xbox burnt out, and I sent it out to get fixed, and I've been using my old Xbox and playing games on the hard drive. MW2 is one of those games, MW3 is not. I have played it before, and frankly, I suck at it. I'm much better at MW2 than I am at MW3. Nothin'

    @Defy, its the "boss" astronaut in Moon, he will "assume" the name, of whomever is host, someone off of hosts friends list. Someone linky a link for the MW3 forum (the new one), I cant get there for some reason. It did that as well for the MW2/MW3 forums,
    but I think MW3 has its on now, huh?
