    I transferred Halo MCC(digital) from my Xbox One to my Xbox Series X but am prompted that I must own the game in order to play it.

    Thank you for your response XBF. I already checked to see that the gamertag and email that was on my Xbox console matched the one that was on my Xbox app. However, when you say that Halo MCC is available on Xbox One and Series X does that mean that even though it does not work on the app if I sign on another Xbox One or get my own Series X the game will appear? I hope this is the case as I can live with MCC being on console alone, but if it does not appear when I upgrade to Series X then I'm going to have a problem. Is there another library other than the app I can use to confirm the presence of Halo MCC among my owned games.

    I picked up Xbox One X in Sep'18 and I am enjoying Halo MCC with Gamepass. I had played Halo 1 and Halo 2 way back on my PC. Other is Gear of War Series, I completed Gears of War 4 on PC and now I was able to complete the series via Gamepass.

    I reached out to Best Buy for the receipt of this purchase and it details that it the Master Chief Collection edition Xbox One. I am sure that I would have redeemed a code, but I can't think of a reason it's not showing up in my history.

    Are you perhaps game-sharing with any family members? If you're not seeing it under your account, it only means it's on a different profile. You can try checking your other profiles to locate your game, Marque.
