Can I play EAFC 24 on remote play? And does it work just like it does on console?

There is no reason why you can't play EAFC 24 on Remote Play if you meet minimum requirements. The console does have to be switched on as you are just remotely connecting to it. I have popped a link below with all the details of remote play.

Please double-check remote play settings by making sure that it is still enabled on your Xbox. Go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Remote Features.

that procedure does not work. Nothing happens if I start my xbox then press the power button for 10 secs. It just shutdown.

Edit:

I reset the console from Settings -> console info -> reset, keeping my games and saves.

Remote play is already enabled. I try with my mobile connected to the same wifi and it does not work.

I switch to 5G network and remote play works again.

Are you able to sync your EAFC 24 game progress on Xbox One?
Lets try confirm that by the following steps.
1. In settings, go offline.
2. Play a game or two on EAFC 24.
3. Save progress.
4. Quit game.
5. Go online.
6. Wait for connection to be stable.
7. Launch EAFC 24.
8. Do not Press anything in the start screen, wait for a cloud storage and local storage progress file comparison.

If number 8 is displayed, then it means the data is saved on cloud correctly.

Try the same steps on your X Series console and see what progress you will pick up from the EAFC Cloud storage.
