Can i play CIVILIZATION 6 that i buy in cloud (xbox game pass ultimate?)

My question born because I read that Microsoft in 2022 makes possible to play in cloud games I own in my purchased library. When that functionality will be ready? (Xbox)

As of the moment there is no information yet or official announcement from Microsoft in regards to the said feature because currently we still need to have an active Xbox game pass ultimate and the game needs to be on the xbox game pass cloud enabled list.

I'm sorry but no. We can only play a game on Xbox Cloud Gaming if it's included on the library.

Yes the Gold will extend by 6 months, but be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Which will give them access to Xbox Game Pass for PC, Game Pass for Console, EA Play, Cloud Gaming and Xbox Live Gold.

I have the ultimate pass the question I have is where do I have to purchase the Deluxe version of the game so I can play the upgraded version of MSFS on Cloud do I buy it from the Microsoft Store/ Xbox store or in the game (Cloud) from the marketplace?
