Can i pay the game pass for a familiar that lives in another country in my local currency?

If their currency is different then yours, I'm afraid that it is not possible. They will need to purchase the game pass from their end. Also, It is not possible to gift a subscription.

Did you purchase your gift card locally? Are Euros used in Ireland (sorry, I don't know that). Currency cards can only be used to purchase items in the country that they are sold in. For example: You live in Belgium and purchase a currency card locally
but your gamertag is set to Ireland. The currency card can only be used if your tag is set to Belgium.

What country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set up for? Where did you purchase your currency that was added to the account?

If your gamertag is set for a different country than you live in and you purchased your currency locally you will not be able to use it. Currency that is added to the account must match the country that the account is set up for.
