Can I pair a different mouse with the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 900?

I have a Microsoft Wireless Desktop 900 , after many years my mouse broke and the wheel does not work anymore.

The keyboard is still working good and I do not want to change the whole kit. Can I use another mouse with the same usb bluetooth antenna that I use for the keyboard?

    :)

no but you can just get another wireless mouse which will come with its own usb dongle, just plug that in next to your other one or in any other available usb port and thats it, you are good to go. any cheap wireless mouse will do for your needs, no need to pay a lot for it.

    Wireless Xbox 360 keyboard...!

I'm using the Microsoft ARC on the Xbox. I took it off my desktop. I bought for the desktop because I like it's size. It work good on the Xbox so I my just keep it there and find something else for the desktop. What I don't like about the Microsoft Arc is
that it doesn't come paired with a wireless mouse so you have to use up two USB ports. Is the Logitech K400 a small Keyboard like the Arc and do you know if it you can by it with a wireless mouse?

hello i lost my usb receiver for my mouse and keyboard (Microsoft 850 Desktop)

    Hello!

Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

Unfortunately, the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 850 USB receiver is factory-paired with your keyboard and mouse, and they are not sold separately. Therefore, if the receiver is lost or damaged, you will need to purchase a new keyboard and mouse set.

    I'm so sorry about that.

    Best regards!

Can you connect a wireless mouse to an xbox series s

    Hello Dylan,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand you want to know if you can connect a wireless mouse to your Xbox Series S console. Yes, you can connect a wireless mouse to an Xbox Series S. However, not all wireless mice are compatible with the Xbox Series S.
To connect a wireless mouse, you will need to plug in a compatible mouse that supports Bluetooth or a USB dongle. Once the receiver is plugged in, turn on your wireless mouse and it should automatically connect to the receiver. Keep in mind that not all games on the Xbox Series S support mouse and keyboard input, so it's best to check the game's compatibility before attempting to use a mouse.

Here are the steps to follow:

    - Turn on your console and go to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories.

    - Press the pair button on your mouse or insert the USB dongle into one of the USB ports on your console.

    - Select Add new on the screen and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your mouse.

    - You can adjust the mouse settings such as sensitivity and cursor speed in Settings > Devices & connections > Mouse.

I hope this helps! If you have any issues or questions, please let us know. We hope you enjoy using your wireless mouse with your Xbox series s.

    Sincerely,

    Wireless Xbox 360 keyboard...!

I just looked at the Logitech K400 online. It looks like a great wireless keyboard but it's larger than the Microsoft Arc. I checked Logitech's website to see if the K400 uses Logitech's Unifying receiver for pairing a wireless mouse & Keyboard together.
The K400 wasn't listed as a Unifying product. It is available at my local Walmart for $35.
