The only difference between a Design Lab controller and the other Xbox One controllers offered by Microsoft is that the user can customize the Design Lab controller's colors as well as get some text imprinted on it. They use the same batteries, USB cables,
battery covers.

The controllers come with a standard controller battery cover (same as the other Xbox controllers). You can use either a rechargeable battery pack, or regular AA batteries. No different from other Xbox One controllers.

That would be very hard, and even more if you want to use the same color.

The most closest thing to this is:

A. Paint the current battery cover with that color

B. Print a 3D model of the current battery cover with that color

Besides that, I don't think that's possible

Use Game Mode, as it is designed for fast moving images + Frame Rates & just increase the contrast + use Colour Balance on "Cool" to add more blue to the colour balance & it will increase the Colour Brightness & create a crisp Bright Colour etc.. I also
turn P-NR off too, as it sharpens the picture a bit more on my Viera Plasma...
