    i was trying ti see if i could transfer my old 360 games that i used to love onto my xbox one.

    i had a saved memory of mordern warfare 3 on that console, but it wouldnt let me transfer that game or any of my 360 games to my xbox one, even on the cloud save

    Usually if it doesn't show in your ready to install, it was either purchased by another account or you own it on disc and would need to insert the disc.

    In order to purchase 360 content on the One/website, you need a credit card or Paypal on file and you have to be using an adult account. If you're on a child account you would have to make the purchase on a 360.

    The games themselves will show as ready to install in your Games and Apps on the One and you would redownload them there. Only the game saves can be stored and transferred on the cloud.

    Yes it sounds like you don't own it digitally, You should check your purchase history to see if its there.
