    Can I merge or transfer games


    I got my Xbox when I was like 6. I made an account using my mom's email, for 11 years now I've just used her email. I have hundreds of dollars spent on this account but I don't have access to the email. I'm wondering if I can change my primary email or switch all my games to another account. It would be awesome to be able to access my account without having to go through my mom every time.

    I understand that you would like to transfer the games to a different account. I'm sorry, but as of the moment there is no option to transfer the licenses of the games. It will be linked to the account that purchased it.

    Unfortunately neither can be done.

    Accounts can't me merged, and games can't be transferred.

    It is my understanding that game progress can not be merged. You can switch email addresses on accounts ut game progress is not transferable.
