So I reached out to the escalation support team about not being access my account and having problems with the online verification forms saying I wasn't providing enough information. I gave the gamertag, associated email address, debit card details and it sent me an email back saying it still wasn't enough information. I reached out to the escalation support team due to that frequently happening and someone reached out to me and requested certain information and I've Emailed back with as much of that information they requested as possible, with screenshots of old transactions from my banking app it showed the last 4 digits of my debit card and the purchase number or order number and a picture of my id and I still haven't heard a thing yet and that was 3 days ago now? Can someone please get back to me ? Cause I'm kinda starting to lose my patience..

You will be better emailing them back and seeing if they can update you on the progress. If you have contacted Xbox Support, you should have a case number. You can use the request a call back option on the contact us page to request a call back and ask for an update.

The image underneath shows the options you should pick for getting the call back option.

Make sure your Xbox is somewhere well ventilated so the fans aren't blocked. Also make sure you keep it dust free-- another thing that may help is vacuuming the vent- a small vacuum that you can buy that is used to vacuum out computer towers and vents
on small electronics like small game soles will work best because it is designed not to harm electronic equipment but a Dustbuster hand vac will also work

Hi, if you are speaking about the 1$/€ gamepass ultimate for 3 months the promotion is valid for all the users only for their first subscription to gamepass ultimate, therefore if you never had a GP ultimate subscription it should be valid for you till january
6th also if you have other active gamepass or gold subscription (they will be converted and merged to ultimate, more info here). Have you tried opening the promotion with
your account? It should show you the final conversion and how much will you pay

If you have already been a GP ultimate subscriber in the past the promotion is not valid for you
