Can i install games and give the dics to my friends?

Hi, i'm new to XBox world and i now own a XBox 360 Slim 250G.

I have forza 4, COD black ops 2 and nfs rivals.

I don't see codes for these games, so can i install these games on my hard drive and can pass on the games discs to my friends? can i do that or i have to keep them with me and have to insert disc when i want to play that particular game?

Game installs a bad idea?

I like having to install, the time isn't too bad when installing from a dics vs downloading digital. I did always install on the 360 all the same anyhow so its basically a habit I carried over. Some games do take forever though -_- lol

I know. But RedClown gained 7GB when he deleted BC2. So when he installs BF3, it'll be 14GB, thus, the original 7GB gained, will be lost again

The discs need to be in the console when you wish to play them. The discs will spin up as the xbox verifies them and will stop spinning after a few minutes.

Can you install the game via disc and never need the dic again? That was my question. I'm really upset about this.

try uninstalling the games and re installing the games if this does not work then try to just use the dic with the games not installed hope this helps

It just stops at 95 present when trying to install digital then whin i bought a dic it stops at 72 percent and both times it says installation stopped

I tried and tried to get the Xbox to read the blu ray and game dics. No change. You know what i did? I turned the colsole vertically and it worked. Give that a try.
