We understand that you would like to get what you already purchased. As account stuff or purchases or in-game features are inclusive in an account. It would be best to access your account to check your purchase history, please follow these steps:



1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.

2. Click on "Payment & billing" from the top menu.

3. Under "Payment options," click on "Order history."

4. You will see a list of all your purchases made with your Microsoft account, including the date, item purchased, and amount paid.

My cousin was playing on my account and I was in my other room with my mom and I didn’t know he said inappropriate stuff on my Xbox account and they got me permanently suspended and I really want my account back like I don’t do anything and I won’t let them back on it I just really want my account back

So, I have a question, I have an account that I have but want to keep. That account has my Xbox live stuff on it. But I want to transfer that Xbox stuff to another Microsoft account. But I only want to transfer the Xbox stuff and nothing else. Is that possible.

Nothing is transferable between accounts.

Yes. My Roblox account was made on Xbox without an email address and I need to put my email on it so I can use it on my other devices like my phone and computer I don’t want to start another account because I’ve put money and time into my account and I don’t want to lose it all.
