Can i have my game pass subscription on two accounts?

If you have more than one console in the same household. Follow the instructions on here, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox and you will be able to share the games and subscriptions from your account on the console.

Just a reminder, that Cloud gaming is only for the account holder. Sharing Cloud gaming is not supported.

You can put two accounts in one console and this, share the game pass with the two of them, only have one subscription.
