You will need to submit a case review at enforcement.xbox.com, if the suspension qualifies. Note not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. Support is unavailable to assist with any enforcement actions.

Note, the enforcement team will not provide details on other user's suspension/case thus you have no way of knowing if the other person receives a suspension or not.

Moving forward, the best advice when someone says/does something to you that breaks the rules follow these 3 steps... report, mute/block, and move on.
