Can I Get Unbanned and Can My 2 Week Ban Be Appealed?

Hello, I need help! I recently got banned for 2 weeks, and i cannot game or talk with my awesome friends. I had gotten hacked and the hacker modded some xbox 360 games, and made me get banned. It was not my fault and i had nothing to do with this. I do not
know why i would get hacked, and never would mod. I've never done this on my time on xbox, and please try to unban me and understand. Please tell me if i can get unbanned and if you can help me. Also, my gamerscore is a whopping 55,035. However, it glitches
out, and shows either 6800, 0, or 55,035. Its supposed to show 55,035 but it glitches out quite a lot. I do not want my gamerscore to be reset, as I've worked too hard in my 4 years on xbox, and i don't waat it to be gone because of a hacker. Also, the first
case review i filed was denied because they thought i was modding but it was a hacker. So will i be able to decrease the time for my ban and can i get it appealed. Please Help.

I supposed to unbanned yesterday but I'm still banned

I was supposed to be unbanned yesterday at Friday 11:13:58 and I was waiting 2 weeks to get unbanned but when it reached 11:14 I was still banned and it's the next day right now and I'm still banned. On the enforcement team website it says I have an active
ban but when I go to history all the bans have been expired. I'm hoping this could be fix and I can be unbanned.

 

Xbox comm ban

I'm currently banned from Xbox comms for 3 months and 2 weeks. I thought it would be a few days even 2 weeks. It's been almost a month so I decided to check since it doesn't say when I'll be unbanned just that I am banned. Come to find out 3 months and 2
weeks.

Any way I can get unbanned early? As I think my sentence was a little harsh. I already used my case review on a little 2 week suspension that I received around the same time. I would have used my case review on the comm ban if I knew it was going to be for
so long. 2 weeks seems like nothing now. Any help would be appreciated

 

If you believe your account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. There is no guarantee that will remove your ban though. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you already submitted a review and they upheld their decision, you would have to wait it out.

 

The enforcement team isn't on the forums so they will not help you here.
