  1. Can I get this escalated or is a litigation suit necessary?


    I've been a gamer on xbox for 10+ years and very rarely receive strikes on my account. September 19th I was playing Texas Chainsaw Massacre and encountered an irate player when I asked him if he could please be leather face. He did more than say no and I left to my party chat with my friends.

    During the game he trolls and let's 2 people go. When I ask what is his problem and why your not defending your side he went on a complete tangent and as I went to fix his work after rejoining my friends the entire game crashes. So we reload to another match for only me to be sent back to the menu with an enforcement ban.

    The guy striked me 8 times in those 10 minutes between the matches. And I cannot even play online or communicate. I have 1 year 66 days and a 8 day ban maxing out my enforcement strikes. I've contact xbox and Microsofts legal team. I sent an appeal for each accounts and made plenty of documentation to clear my name. There isn't even a reason stated on the enforcement page why or what I sent to receive any ban. It's unfair and I had just bought a series X back in August. Help!

    Submitting an appeal through the enforcement site would be the only possible way to have the enforcement team possibly reverse them. If they denied the appeals, there is nothing else that can be done.

    In this case, the best step would be to contact phone support again and ask to be escalated to the Advocacy Team. They'll be best suited to assist going forward.

    Well, there is the answer. Nothing short of the threat of litigation seems to get them to do the right thing.

    Thanks for the information. In this case I do believe you would still need to contact Mojang. But if you believe that Xbox Support may be suited to that then you can try contacting them via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. Once you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate.
