noone can help there is no appeal of 24hour suspensions

If you broke the rules like cursing at another player which does warrant a 24hour suspensions please note that isnt allowed

you'd better read enforcement.xbox.com faq

It will blow away all your myths you just stated you can't be banned for no reason and the 24hour thing is due to it takes them over 24hours to respond as they reinvestigation your claim

Is your account a child account, by any chance? If so, that looks like the parent/admin account for your family has not given you permission to join Clubs. That's the bad news. The good news is, if your parent/admin is willing to do that, it's possible using
the following steps:

• Sign into the admin account
• Go to Settings
• All Settings
• Account
• Family
• Select Child account
• Privacy and online safety
• Xbox Live privacy
• View details and customize
• Friends and Clubs
• You can create and join Clubs

Once that has all been saved, you should hopefully be able to search for and join Clubs. So run that by the family admin account and let us know how it goes!

I'm having this problem too. I've had my account for 6 years and I no longer have access to my gamer tags original email. This new update has ruined my xbox experience. There has to be a way to fix this. I can't access my account info because I can't
get online. No matter what xbox help tells me to do, it doesn't work. Somebody please help fix this problem.
