Can I get some help?? No November xbox live quest reward yet.

Hello, this is the 3rd time in a month I've had to post with still NO response from anyone. I have not received my November xbox live quest reward yet and I met all the requirements. I see other people's posts being responded to, but don't understand why
I'm being ignored. Could some staff here help out?

I am missing rewards

Apologies for the delayed response here. We were able to determine you have already received October's Game Pass Goals and Xbox Quest rewards. Please take a look in your Xbox Live message inbox and look for a conversation with 'Xbox Live'. If you don't see those
messages, let us know!

As mentioned earlier, November Quest rewards are still going out in waves.

I haven’t received a reward for completing January’s Xbox quests yet. The same thing happened in November

Thanks for that information. I contacted them and they said nothing they could do and forced me to come here. I'll go back to them and see if I can get some real help.

We were able to determine that you originally fell into an issue the appropriate teams investigated and resolved. We have also determined that you have received the November reward in a later send in early January to make up for the miss. Check for a message
from around January 6th, 2018 and let us know if you're able to find it!

Thank you for getting back with me, but that just changed the problem...

I checked and there is a message on January 5th that fits what you're saying. Now I am now missing my December quest reward instead. I met the requirements for that one as well. Could you please help me look into that?

I checked and there is a message on January 5th that fits what you're saying. Now I am now missing my December quest reward instead. I met the requirements for that one as well. Could you please help me look into that?
