    Can i get refunded for a double subscription?


    Hi. Ok so just started up minecraft on xbox xne again after a while and it says my realms subscription has started a renewal but it couldn't create it. So i tried again a few times and now suddenly i'm paying 2 subscriptions for the one and same realms
    server. I have no clue how this is possible even, but something is clearly broken over at Microsoft these days. Is there any way to fix this and get a refund from the double payment whilst still keeping the service? Microsoft support refuses to let me adress
    the issue directly so i'm looking for anything that might help.

    most claims of double charges are actually test charges to your card that evaporates in a few days
