Can I get my suspension removed

I was playing rainbow six seige when my teammate messaged me calling me stupid I replied saying that I was just trying to play the game he then called me the R-word so I reported him he then started team killing me so I said F U V K not the actual F -word but he reported me even though I didn't say the F word which then gave me a 2 day suspension from chat, parties and joining my friends online games even though I reported him and NOTHING happened. I just want to know if I can do anything to fix this

I know you said he reported you. Not sure if bans are instant its, its millions of players. I would get acquainted with the TOS of Xbox. Be mindful what you say to people. XBOX is for EVERYONE and they really stand by that. I know 2 days suck but its only 2 days. Be mindful that you could be banned forever if the behavior keeps up. I only voice chat with friends. Just make sure you say the correct thing and never answer back to messages. Plus just because you don't see of know if their banned doesn't mean it wont happen...again its MILLIONS of players.

Hi Richard! Not all suspensions are eligible for appeal, this includes short-duration suspensions. As you were only given 2-day suspension the best advice I can give is to wait the 2 days before accessing Xbox Live again.

okay thank you, is there anyway to have the false suspension removed from my history at least, is there anyone i can contact to get it removed from my enforcement history after the suspension is over?

I am so sorry you are having issues with a strike. Unfortunately, this is a community forum, we cannot see or effect your strikes.

These strikes must be attested through the Enforcement website: [https://enforcement.xbox.com/] Use your Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live profile. You should see details about your suspension, including the reason and duration. Click "File a Case Review": This will initiate the appeal process.

Clearly and concisely explain why you believe the suspension was unfair and provide any context that might help the reviewers understand your perspective.

Then click 'Submit Appeal'.

I cannot guarantee your reinstantiation but it is always worth a go!
