I hit the 5000 credit mark. Over a month now and still nothing. Help, Please. Thanks.

Credits are scheduled for deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since the VIP rebates were just added today, I'm not sure if they made it in time for the next deposit which will take place on
the 12th. That would be the earliest you'll receive them. Otherwise, if they didn't make it in time, they'll be deposited with the end of the month deposit.

No. There is no deposit scheduled for today. The first deposit for this month is scheduled for the 12th.

 

would it be possible to have my credits rewared to another account instead of the the one my rewards account as want to buy a game on the other acccount

 

No. Credits can only be deposited to the account tied to the Rewards program.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credits were only placed as pending at the end of last month, they will be a part of the upcoming mid-month deposit.
