I bought my 5000 rewards credits in mid march with mygems and they did not deposit into my microsoft account on the 30th. It is currently the 31st and almost april 1st. I want them now so I can buy a game on sale. Please just deposit them so I can get the
game during the sale thank you. Why were they not deposited and how can I get them now.

Rewards credits not deposited

Good Morning. I'm part of Xbox Rewards program and I got 20,000 credits on my account. The program says that when you got a minimum of 5000 credits, you a earn a money deposit on Microsoft account between days 15 and 30 of the month. Today is the 31st of march
day and I didn't receive my money yet. Could someone help please? It would appear I am not the only one too. Never had an issue before with this site this is the first time.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on March 18th, they will be a part of the mid-April deposit cycle. Since your February Credits were beneath
5000, they had not been scheduled for a deposit.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when they become pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

I done the same thing I've had 11,964 since before the 15th and now it is the 31st and it still hasn't deposited them yet I was going to redeem them early but unlike before there wasn't a early deposit button now.
