Can I get my points redeemed?

I was due a deposit of £15 from the rewards program on the 15th, but have not recieved anything. I gave it a week as I understand servers went down briefly. But now I’m getting concerned. Can I get my deposit ASAP instead waiting another week please as
the content I wish to purchase is limited time. Thank you.

Can I get my points back?

I spent some points on a $5 gift card only to receive the deal that was xbox live gold was $5 so that's why I redeemed it. I tried getting a xbox support rep to purchase it for me only to find out that I must use a credit card. I wouldn't of used my credits
if I had know this. I did have enough points to buy xbox live but with the deal it seemed to me that it was cheaper so I didn't. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th
and 30th of the month, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

i have checked my transactions and the credit is there but the points are not adding on

Rewards support will check to make sure your points were awarded and will respond to you in that forum.

Since they show as awarded, they would have already been deposited in your account sometime in the past. Points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have earned at least 100 points. In December, as part of the monthly promotion,
all points were deposited by the 6th or 20th, whether you hit the 100 point mark or not. You would want to check your transactions on the billing site for credits around those dates. The points won't be listed as Rewards points.
