Can I get my player back

I was having Stuttering issues on 2k24 next gen, and I have tried everything to fix this. I have reset my internet, power cycled xbox, unplugged cords, internet is running at 500mbps, factory reset with keeping apps/games, and tried reinstalling 2k24. I deleted everything thinking the file was corrupted and when I went to install and go back in my MyPlayer build it is completely gone now. There's no file in there it just says create new file. I have contacted both Microsoft and 2k Dev with them both saying they can't recover builds. What are my options now? I got to play this 1 day lol. Am I just out 200 dollars on the VC I spent on my character?

I’m sorry to hear you lost your player in NBA2K24. I know bad news is never welcome and you may feel frustrated.

However, it is important to clarify that if 2K support were not able to assist in recovering your player, Microsoft support doesn’t have the ability to further assist with this.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

This can be a corrupted game file which can be fixed by re-syncing your game data or if the file has been deleted, we may need to check options with 2k.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
