Sorry to hear about that, however, kindly note that for security purposes you won't be able to use your mobile number from your old account unless you change or remove it from there. Its best to try to recover your old account so you can configure it or delete if you may want to.

It says my account doesn't exist, as the person probably changed the Email and phone number on it.

I did. Told me its an EA issue and i need ro reach out to them. I did that also and was sent an email saying they couldnt verify me with info i provided but when i get on the EA site i can see my current email address associated with EA account that has
my PS gamertag and current phone number and all that but Xbox gamertag nowhere to be found.

Thank you so much! I called back tech support and spoke to someone that was familiar with the situation. He wasn't asking for a serial number, but I had to log onto the XBOX for the ID Number. With this number, he was able to reset the account password
using my current email address. My son was able to access the system within 24 hours of my conversation! Thank you so much for your help! I only wish the first person I spoke with on the phone was this knowledgeable.
