Can I get my credits converted into my account before the Xmas deals start please?

I have over 30K credits that I was hoping would have been converted by the 15th but they didn't show up so I was wondering if it was possible for somebody to look at this for me. I was hoping to have it in time for the holiday sales.

My rewards credits are not being converted to currency

hi. I’m Daniel Lewis and my gamer tag is . I redeemed VIP gems for 10,000 rewards credits before March 15th but they have not been converted to money on my Xbox account. I know that your policy is that you will automatically deposit the
rewards credits into my account once the accumulated rewards credits reached over 5,000 and I have already done that so why has it not been converted into money yet. I plan on using these credit scores to get the FFXV royal pack and I want to redeem my rewards
credits for the dlc. Please respond to this.

Xbox rewards credits

It's been about 20 days since I redeemed 10,000 credits from my vip vault and so far I have not been converted to my account, it has never happened before I'm waiting for the credits to be converted to my account.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the
30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I had almost a year of gold on my account and purchased the deal for $1. I was charged $1 and have Ultimate until 03/2020. I paid with my Microsoft Account balance and was charged the $1, but had to enter another payment method (credit card/Paypal) since
it turns on a recurring subscription. So I won't get charged again until 03/2020 unless I turn off auto-renewal before than. Your current subscription converts 1:1. It's only after converting that the conversion rate applies to anything else you add. So yes,
you should get about 14 months when you convert for the $1.
