Can I get my controller replaced?

I have a controller that has a few serial numbers rubbed illegible due to rechargeable battery pack use, hence, can't use the 'virtual assistant' or online help forms. No clue how/where to find a phone number to call, email-nothing.

The left joystick 'up' has become very desensitized. (100% pressure registers as far less) The left bumper sometimes thinks it's being held down when i just tapped or released it. The right bumper on rare occasion doesn't respond..this part I attributed
to **** WiFi communication between the console/controller and/or some kind of interference as it happened for a day then stopped). So the controller is faulty anyways for a few reasons.

The controller was purchased bundled with my console, I will have to look to see where it was purchased from as I didn't buy it, but it was around december 2019.

Is this covered? Replaceable? Will Microsoft realize their website is an absolute maze to try to contact a real person, and impossible for certain questions? Doubtful.

you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

As it is out of warranty, you can take it to an authorized repair shop, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange it due to the warranty.

You should try to replace it, thats not normal to happen. Try to see it in the store, if it is in return time or in warranty.
