It is your responsibility to keep your account information safe, secure and up to date to prevent hackers from breaching into your account. Microsoft takes security very seriously and does everything they can to keep your data safe, but they have no control over how you choose to protect your account. If someone managed to get enough information to get into your account, that is no fault of Microsoft as they did not provide that information to others.

These didn't work since the hacker changed the email and password. So I cannot change or reset neither.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.
