Can i get more license transfers?

I recently licensed transferred with my 2nd xbox then relicensed with my 1st xbox and i cant license transfer with my 2nd but i only used two license transfer... is there anyway i get more license transfers?

You can license transfer to get your licenses for items but I'm not sure what you are trying to say, although this should have been done automaticlly if it was officialy repaired.

Content is only usable on one console at a time. End of story. A license transfer will only complicate matters more, man, so I would advise to not do it. License Transfers are only available once every 4 MONTHS. That means you can do this three times in
the year. Transferring licenses will remove ALL CONSOLE LICENSES from the original console the items were downloaded to. You can attempt to try and get the content for both of you, at the same time, but believe me, I went through this with Geometry Wars. So

If you're using the 360, you can license transfer once every 4 months. So you would have to wait the 4 months.

The license transfer is the more-likely culprit. I bought a new xbox and had to transfer content and licenses, but I didn't do the license transfer on my wife's GT and she's getting the same message as you.

License transfers are only meant to be used to transfer your licenses in the event you get a new console. It's not meant to be used as a way to get free stuff. So yes, using the license transfer like you are, it can be seen as marketplace theft and could
risk you getting banned.

License transfers will transfer all licenses on an account. It does not let you choose which ones.
