    I was playing black ops 2 and yeah a modded unlocked everything and it blows I'm trynna do the EEs and I wanted to get the achievements legit. Is there any fix? Can I contact Xbox ?

    The only way achievements are reset are if the enforcement team issues a gamerscore reset. In that case, you will not be able to re-earn any of the achievements you had previously earned on that account.

    Hi there,

    No one in the forums, or even Support can assist with this issue.

    If/when the Safety Team does a gamerscore reset on an account, all the achievements earned to date are zeroed out and there is no option to re-earn them.
