Can I get any badges on my Xbox profile with an enforcement ban

The only badge available for non-employees is the Ambassador badge. If you have never been an Ambassador, you can sign up once you've had 1 year without a suspension. If you were an Ambassador when you received the suspension, you would have been banned from the program and would no longer to be eligible to be one.

I was told by xbox support that the enforcement team deal with ambassadors, and I was also told "you can only contact them through the xbox forums"

But thanks, any reason why I would no longer have my badge?

I got my level one badge and the 3 enforcement badges on the XCL page, able to access the ambassabank and helped 6 people. Getting an error page and my badge isn't displaying on my gamer card on the forums even though it said it already has. This was yesterday.

Does it say that it is a console ban?

Do you have any other profiles on the console that you can test to see if you get the same message with them?

If you get the same message with any other profile on the console then it is a console ban and you will not see them on the enforcement teams website and they are not eligible for a case review.

The only badges available on your profile are the MVP badge and Xbox ambassador badge.
