Or a Microsoft Account?

I just want the verification email for my activision so i can bind another email

If this email that you want to recover is a Microsoft email (outlook.com, hotmail.com, etc)

I can advise you fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team https://account.live.com/acsr

You can try all the emails you remember or

if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Please note that no one here including regular Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links, tell you what's the email or modify/change account details for security policies

how can i get my old account back i have another console but i lost it and now i forget the email and password and i want it back because it has dlc maps that now i really need
