Can I get access to my old account.

Ok i will try to contact my phone provider to see if i can get access to my old number, but is there an option to cancel my subscription without access to account?

sorry i didnt fill in enough haha my old account's password is also not working so i cant even access my old account to get into my old profile

how can i get my old account back i have another console but i lost it and now i forget the email and password and i want it back because it has dlc maps that now i really need
