Can I get a XBox Game Pass without a credit card ?

Gamepass itself can be bought with more options than a credit card.

however the code for discord nitro has the only option with credit card this is required from discord.

But Why Xbox Gold Live doesn't need to be paid with a credit card?

I paid Xbox Live Gold without credit card and only with balance that I have. In addition, Xbox Live Gold allows the desactivation of periodic billing.

Why doesn't the Xbox Game Pass allow it?

You must have a credit card or pay pall as a backup. You can't gift it. The account that has credits must buy game pass ultimate. As I said you can do it with the Microsoft credit but you will need a credit card or pay pal. Just go to your game pass on your
box or on this link: Game pass.

unfortunately, you cannot change the date without canceling your subscription. if you link it to a credit card that can afford to continue the subscription your fine. if you do not a have credit card that cannot afford the subscription. Microsoft will
just disable all the options related to the game pass.
