Can I get a tally of what points I have?

I have bought an xbox one s and a few games and was wondering if you could tally and give me those points early so I can use them on the deals that are currently going on?

Did you check billing.microsoft.com to see a tally of your points and what they may have been used for?

 

Double XP and MVP

Am I the only one who finds it irritating that double XP is calculated in MVP? For those unaware, the final XP tally seems to override the actual XP tally from the match when double XP week is about.

Example:

I score 9567 points. You score 5906 points but you are Premium and get double XP. The game would give you MVP over me, even though I did almost double the work you did.

I feel this is a rip.

 

You can see how many credits you already have pending on the MyRewards section of the site. If you had at least 5,000 pending before the 15th, you should receive a deposit on the 29th. There is no way to have credits added as pending or deposited any earlier
than what is scheduled.

 

Yeah it says 250 as it seems there isn't any of the recent purchases been added to it even though I bought an xbox one s and games yet nothing is there except the 250 for the monthly questionnaire thing.

 

Credits for the console should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped (support will check on that one)

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

Regarding your console purchase, from the FAQ for that offer:





When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

Regarding your recent game purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind that in-game consumables and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback. Furthermore, we can only deposit during the scheduled
deposit dates at the middle and end of the month.
