Game sharing outside of your physical household. is a violation of TOS and can lead to account and hardware bans

There used to be a thing in one of the support articles that said the following:

"If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception."

But i dont see this mentioned in any of the support documentation anymore so i dont know if its a thing anymore.

That being said other than what i posted above there is no other way to get extra switches other than simply waiting.

5 switches per year should really be more than enough though unless you are using it in a way that it wasnt intended for.

I understand you would like to get more switches but when it comes to this, the current limit Xbox impose is up to five times in any one-year period. If you reach your limit for the year, it will show you the next available date you can change it.

Aside from this, I am afraid even Xbox support itself cannot give any switches based on the note from the website as well stating Note: Customer support can’t offer additional switches. So only option is to really wait my apologies!

All you can do is wait for the limit to reset on it's own. You'll also want to change your password and password protect your account so your brother can't access it and do things like that.
