    Can I get a support representative that won't waste my time


    Called 5 times to support representatives and they hang up on me when someone fraudulent use my card to buy something from xbox and Im trying to report them to you guys and I can't request calls because I've reached my limit

    I'm afraid there isn't a support representative here. If you have noticed charges you don't recognise on your card and it isn't on your account, you'll need to report that to your bank as a case of a compromised card and request a charge back. Below is the Microsoft terms for that sort of issue.

    That was 1 hour an 40 of my life I won't get back. It was a utter waste of time contacting support end result they refunded me to re buy the whole thing. And the problem still there

    Yeah having someone get your info is a hassle to manage and get things back in order. Just keep trying to contact customer support for Live and the Bank and get support reference numbers and the names of people you talk to. Will speed things up when the
    Bank has to deal with MS at some point. Also MS and your Bank should have sections devoted to fraud claims so try and get routed to them and not waste time explaining it to a basic support representative.
